Ordering
Once you have found an item you want, choose the colour required (if applicable) then, click on the “Add to basket” button. This will take you to the “Shopping basket” page.
If you wish to continue shopping click on the “Continue shopping” button and repeat the above steps.
We use PayPal for our online transactions as this is a proven, secure method of payment. We also accept cheques made payable to Little Miss Gifts. Delivery time will be adjusted accordingly to allow for processing.
Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as speedily as possible with most orders being despatched within 24 hours and many despatched same day. We will contact you should we anticipate any sort of extended delay.
Returns
We hope you will be as impressed with your purchases as we are. If, however, you do have a problem, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your goods, with full details. We will send a confirmation email upon receipt.
All returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Please include the delivery note and confirmation email in the return package.
Please note that we are not responsible for the return items. We recommend all returns are sent via registered mail, so that you have proof of dispatch in case an item is lost. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note postage and packing charges are not refundable. Please allow 3 days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
Privacy
We will endeavour to treat your details with the utmost respect and will not pass them on to a third party.
Overseas Orders
We are happy to arrange delivery to locations outside of the UK paid for in UK Pounds Sterling. Please advise which products you would like to purchase and we will provide a quotation to cover the appropriate delivery cost to you. Please email us.
You will be liable for all duties and levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods outside of the UK. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
Please note that any refunds to overseas orders will be done in British Pounds Sterling for the exact amount charged by us in Pounds Sterling.
